My order arrived from Van's today. I got another quart of proseal, so the plan is to finish the right tank this weekend.
As a result of using the encapsulated nutplates for the inspection port of the fuel tanks, the right tank fuel pick up had clearance issues. I used the tube bender and adjusted the fuel pick up slightly so that I could install it into the tank and it would have clearance from the nuplates.
I tested the fit and then torqued the fittings and installed the anti-rotation bracket. I only riveted one rivet into the bracket as my family is asleep and I can't get at it to squeeze.
I also dimpled the left wing leading edge ribs. I plan on scotchbriting, cleaning and priming those parts this weekend.
